• Saree Length: 6.25 meters (including blouse piece)

• We offer exchanges only for damaged or incorrect products, reported within 48 hours of delivery

• If available, the same product will be replaced.

• If unavailable, store credit (valid 30 days) will be issued.

• Refunds are not offered.Please note: weaving variations, minor irregularities, or slight color differences are natural to handcrafted sarees and not eligible for exchange.

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days, with delivery typically completed within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, so you can easily follow your saree’s journey to your doorstep.

For your convenience, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as well as secure prepaid payment options.

• Wash separately in cold water for the first few washes, as natural dyes may bleed.

• Mild detergent and gentle hand wash recommended.

• For longer life and sheen, dry clean is preferred.

• Do not wring or tumble dry; shade dry to preserve colour and fabric.

• Iron on low to medium heat.
