At House of Rivya, every saree is thoughtfully curated with care and attention. To maintain the integrity of our products, we follow a strict exchange policy as outlined below:
1. Exchange Only
• Exchanges are applicable only for damaged or wrong products, subject to verification.
• If the same product is available, it will be replaced.
• In case the product is unavailable, store credit will be issued for the value of the item, which must be redeemed within 30 days.
• Refunds are not offered.
2. Non-Returnable Conditions
The following are not considered damage and are not eligible for exchange:
• Weaving or dyeing variations inherent to the handloom/handcrafted process.
• Minor irregularities in texture, prints, or finish that reflect the beauty of handmade fabrics.
• Slight color variations due to photography, lighting, or device screen settings.
• Concerns arising from individual preferences or specific expectations not mentioned in the product description.
3. How to Request an Exchange
• Contact House of Rivya within 48 hours of delivery with your order details along with a package opening video as proof.
• The support team will review the claim and respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps.
