Shipping Policy

At House of Rivya, the aim is to provide customers with a seamless and hassle-free shopping experience. Below is the shipping policy:

 

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

    •    Free Shipping: Complimentary shipping is available on all orders within India.

    •    Delivery Timeframe: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 working days. Delivery times vary depending on location, but most orders are delivered within 7–10 business days.

    •    Shipping Carrier: Orders are shipped through trusted and reliable carriers such as Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC, and others.

 

Tracking and Delivery

    •    Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be sent to your registered email. An SMS notification will also be sent when the parcel is out for delivery to the mobile number provided at checkout.

    •    Delivery Attempts: Our shipping partners will make up to three delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be returned to House of Rivya. For reshipment of the returned parcel, the shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

 

Liability

 

House of Rivya is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company. However, the team will escalate the issue with the concerned courier service and request expedited resolution wherever possible
